Additionally, at the adjacent property located at 46-40 Francis Lewis Blvd., he negotiated the lease for “H Mart Supermarket”, a major supermarket chain with 80+ locations, further solidifying his reputation in the retail leasing sector. Bruce further secured additional locations for H Mart including the one located at 142-41 Roosevelt Ave, Flushing, NY.
